We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns (if applicable: Product is damaged or dysfunctional)
We accept return of products damaged or dysfunctional. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receive your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged for shipping costs (this includes send and returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable: Product is damaged or dysfunctional)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable: Product is damaged or dysfunctional)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your BOUSTY. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll give you more information.
How long does it take to process a return (if applicable: Product is damaged or dysfunctional)?
Credit card refunds usually take 10-30 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the BOUSTY you ordered!
Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.bousty.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.
BOUSTY shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to (These disputes are not covered under our 14-day return policy.):
a. The Customer does not like it (For the size reasons, colors reasons, effect reasons, ...).
b. Products smell unusual.
c. The buyer ordered the wrong items.
d. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
e. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
f. Frozen Tracking information.
BOUSTY takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
